Do You Drink Enough Water? The Answer Isn’t As Simple As You Might Think.

Nothing is set in stone; it all depends on your body.

There is no right answer. Like with everything else, it comes down to moderation. We are made of water; therefore, we should tell when water is missing from our bodies.
